The Jungli Campus

Map for website compressed.jpg
Jungli has a 150 acre campus full of experiences for you to explore during your stay here.
The Factory

The historic Danddeli Ferro Alloy factory is the main attraction of the Jungli Campus.

Three floors of beautiful, rusting metal rise up around you with the jungle relentlessly continuing to grow through it.

Creatives tend to find beauty in this decay, reporting a strong sense of inspiration and awe here.

Explore it for free, or get a guided tour for ₹400.

Click here to watch an art film filmed at the factory, or here to learn its story.

The small riverbank

A short walk from the factory takes you to this beautiful bank of the Kali River which borders our campus. Great spot to catch the sunset, listen to the birdcalls, and watch crocodiles from afar.

No swimming allowed 🐊

The forbidden forest & big riverbank

Near the previous riverbank is a serene 2 kilometre forest trail that takes you to Sangam: a confluence of two rivers.

Come back before sunset as that’s when the animals start to wander 🐻

Cricket ground

Built into the campus is a regulation-size cricket ground. Great for team sport, or a sunset stroll!

As this borders the village of Dandeli, we currently share this space with locals.

Perhaps the best way to work up a sweat is a competitive game of badminton in our covered court 🔥

The temple

One night, the goddess Mata Bhuvaneshwari (above) visited Lalbhai Patel (the visionary behind this campus) in a dream. As a result, he built a temple for her. We believe that she is the source of the positive, creative energy that can be felt in this land.

We celebrate key moments like Holi, Diwali, and Navaratri here with prayer, song and dance alongside the locals. If you’re new to India, visiting an Indian temple might be a fascinating experience for you.

But where will you stay?
